Helisoma is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, or healthcare provider, and does not provide medical advice. The reports and AI responses are for informational and educational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or other advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet, supplements, exercise, medication, or health. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read in the Service. Genetic interpretations are probabilistic and may be incomplete or inaccurate.

5. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

6. Your data and content

You retain all rights to the genetic data and other content you upload. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your data and account at any time.

7. Third-party AI platforms

When you connect a third-party AI assistant (such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini), your use of that assistant is governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for third-party platforms, and the data you direct them to access is processed under their control. See §4 of the Privacy Policy.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

upload genetic data that is not yours or that you are not authorized to use;
use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes;
attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
resell or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.
