Helisoma + ChatGPT

ChatGPT, but it knows your genetics.

ChatGPT Projects are private workspaces with attached files. Pin your Helisoma report there once with our ready-made coaching prompt, and every chat in that project answers with your actual genetics in mind.

How it works

STEP 01

Get your Helisoma report

Upload your raw DNA file. Your browser reads it on your device and only the markers the report uses are sent. Free analysis first, $49 once for the full report.

STEP 02

Attach it to a ChatGPT Project

Create a project, add the report PDF under Sources, and paste the coaching prompt from your Helisoma account as the first message. ChatGPT Projects need a Plus, Pro, or Team plan.

STEP 03

Ask anything in that project

Your genetics stay pinned to the project, so you set it up once and just ask. The report does not change after analysis, so the attached copy stays accurate.

Then you just ask

No re-uploading, no explaining your genetics from scratch. Your assistant already has the report, so questions sound like this:

YouPlan my training week: two hard sessions, and my report says my recovery leans slow.
YouFrom my genetics, when should my last coffee be if I want lights out at 11?
YouBuild me a grocery list that works around my lactose and vitamin D results.
YouI keep waking up at 3 a.m. What in my report is worth looking at, and what is probably just stress?

The honest part

Your assistant sees the finished report, not your raw file. That means the interpreted findings and the genotypes behind them. The raw DNA file itself never left your device in the first place.
Once connected, that AI processes your report under its own privacy policy. Review the provider’s data settings before connecting, and disconnect any time from your Helisoma account.
Common variants are small leans, not verdicts. The report states effect sizes honestly, and the coaching prompt tells your assistant to do the same. Anything clinical belongs with a doctor, not a chatbot.

Questions people ask

Is there a live connector for ChatGPT?

Not yet. Today the reliable path is attaching the report PDF to a ChatGPT Project, which takes about two minutes and only needs doing once. Your report does not change after analysis, so the attached copy does not go stale.

Do I need ChatGPT Plus?

Projects with file attachments require Plus, Pro, or Team. Without one you can still paste the text version of your report into a chat.

What does ChatGPT see?

The finished report: interpreted findings and the genotypes behind them. Your raw DNA file never left your own device, so there is nothing more to share.

Is this medical advice?

No. The report and the coaching prompt are educational, state effect sizes honestly, and tell the assistant to send anything clinical to a doctor.

Curious what your DNA says?

Your browser reads your raw DNA file right on your device, so the file itself never leaves it. Out comes a personalized report you can read yourself or hand to your AI.
